It is completely all natural so it does not have the ingredients that make roll-on deodorants glide on easily (propylene glycol). Instead it is more of a lotion bar consistency with the added benefits of arrowroot and baking soda to absorb and eliminate odors. Twist up product slightly above the rim. Apply to clean pits and rub into skin if desired. To minimize clumping, twist product up so that only a very small amount is above the rim of the container. It tends to melt best onto the skin if you use it right after showering when your skin is warm. If you still have some clumps, rub them into the skin with your fingers.
